Privacy Policy

What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Effective November 5, 2026

The short version

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. If you send us a message through the contact form, we use what you send to reply to you. We don't sell your information.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form

The form asks for your name, work email address, company, and a description of your challenge. When you submit it, we also receive:

  • The date and time of the submission
  • The page you sent the form from
  • Your approximate country, based on your network connection

To filter out spam, the form includes a hidden field and checks how quickly it was completed. These checks don't collect additional personal information.

When you email us or book a call

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message. Our "Book a Call" buttons take you to a Google Calendar booking page. Information you enter there is collected by Google and shared with us so we can schedule and hold the call. Google's own privacy policy applies to that page.

When you browse the site

Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use it to identify or profile visitors.

Cookies

This website doesn't set cookies or use browser storage, and it doesn't load analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may use strictly necessary security cookies in limited circumstances, for example to check that a visitor isn't an automated attack. Because we don't use cookies for tracking, there's no cookie banner.

How we use your information

  • To read and respond to your inquiry
  • To schedule and hold calls you book with us
  • To discuss and provide services you ask us about
  • To keep the website secure and filter out spam

We don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing email because you contacted us, and we don't sell or rent your information.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this website and our business:

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and processes contact form submissions.
  • Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
  • Google Workspace provides our email, and Google Calendar handles call bookings.

These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services, and they may process it outside your country. The website itself has no database: contact form submissions are delivered to us by email rather than stored on the site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and related correspondence in our email for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship and any record-keeping it requires. We will review and honor deletion requests where required by applicable law, subject to legitimate business and legal retention needs. Our service providers may keep their own operational records, such as delivery logs, for limited periods under their own policies.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@decalibron.io and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them where they apply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change and will post the updated version here.
